- March 24 - New order.   (Recruiting  additional staff,help.)
- March 16 - Advisory from Ministry of Health (restricting family visits).

(November 2019) Head Manager replaced (again!)- as of Nov. 12, 2019.

(August 2019) The QI nurse position has been re-assigned - again.
(The 3rd different body within months. )

(June 2019) Re: Parking shortage - progress stalled. No reason supplied. Parking situation= critical.

(March 2019) Nurses (not RPNs) are now carrying phones at all times. This issue was first raised last winter due to concerns of families being unable to reach a nurse in an emergency. (Our testing to date has resulted in a 35% success rate.)

(March 2019)  Donna Gray is replacing the retiring Janice Burrell (Director Community and Social Services). (The Director of the 4 City operated residences reports to her.)

(February 2019) The parking shortage challenge is making progress. Management has formed a "committee" to monitor our parking crisis.
