1.I'd like to learn more about the process when one makes a complaint to the MLTC. Do they do provide information/education sessions?
Ans: They do. Most people would be surprised to learn what really happens when a complaint is received by MOH, and what a "inspection" actually does/does not cover. Find 7-10 others also interested and we'll make it happen.
